Summer location for shade=We set up near Redington Towers condo buildings. Once on the sand from 182nd Avenue Beach access, facing the water go to the left(south). Look for the group near the rust, peach and white buildings(Redington Towers)

Yoga Blanket or bring a large towel.

Free Parking along the street near the182nd Avenue Beach Access & a pay by app parking lot. Public Bathroom in the building of the parking lot.

**If you have any issues registering online, please arrive 20 minutes before class to find instructor on the beach and create your account.
Cash and Venmo accepted on the beach.

We have hosted GROUP & INDIVIDUAL private sessions from one to over 200 attendees.

Girls weekend, Bachelorettes, Company Conferences, Women's Retreats, and many more have enjoyed Beach Yoga Bliss!!

We customize the sessions to your specific needs accommodating levels, ages and interests. Sessions are held at your location on the day and time you choose.
