Jessica Ahearn, RN, BSN, LMT (License #MA 42866) graduated Magna cum Laude from The College of New Rochelle, School of Nursing, New Rochelle, New York in 2002. In 2005 she completed the Florida licensing requirements, with high honors, at the Humanities Center in Pinellas Park, Florida.   There she acquired certification in Neuromuscular Therapies (such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and muscle energy technique). Her continuing education specialties include shoulder massage, pregnancy massage, sports massage, hot stone massage, treatment of cervical headaches, postural assessment and training as well as relaxation techniques for stress reduction.   Treatment is provided on an individual basis and techniques are used according to the client’s needs and preferences. She has extensive experience with skin treatments such as body wraps and scrubs. Jessica is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and Business Networking International (BNI).
