Join us for a floating savasana, azure blue sky and new approach to transcend your yoga practice. The gentle rolling waves build core strength while working the muscles that stabilize you on the paddle board. Class will begin with a brief introduction to stand up paddle boards, including paddling & balancing techniques.
Paddle Fitness combines the fun of paddle boarding with high intensity exercises to create a new full body workout for all ages, body types and fitness levels. Paddle Fitness is an awesome option for those who wish to overcome the boredom of a regular workout! Taking your workout to the water will allow physical and mental growth in a unique environment.
Expect a variety of kinetic exercises such as push-ups, planks and mountain climbers while strengthening core muscles stabilizing on the board with plenty of paddling.
