While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking in advance so instructors can bring enough supplies to the beach. Blanket Rentals are crucial for booking in advance.
Our beach yoga sessions are 75 minutes, providing a balanced mix of stretching, strengthening, and relaxation.
You should bring a LARGE towel; blanket or rent our 60"x80"beach yoga blanket. Water bottle for hydration and sunscreen is also recommended.
Wear comfortable, typical yoga clothes appropriate for the current temperatures. Bathing suits are not recommended as we will be moving our bodies in many positions and are outside in a public place.
In case of rain, we will notify participants of any cancellations or rescheduling via email or text. Please check your messages before heading to the session.
